Carol Santner

Carol Santner has a strong background in dental operations and management. Carol has served as the Director of Operations at Sage Dental since 2018 and has extensive experience in this role. Prior to that, they worked at DentalOne Partners Inc. as the Director of Specialty Services from 2017 to 2018. Carol also held the position of Director of Operations/Orlando Market at Sage Dental from 2015 to 2017. Before joining Sage Dental, Carol worked at Coast Dental as a District Manager from 2008 to 2015, where they managed profit and loss for 12 offices and implemented an Orthodontics program on the East Coast. Carol also served as an Office Manager at Coast Dental, where they successfully opened a new location and managed day-to-day operations. Carol's earlier experience includes working as an Office Manager at Lincoln Park Smiles, where they focused on increasing the profitability of the office.

Carol Santner completed their education at two institutions. From 1979 to 1983, they attended Libertyville High School, where they did not receive a degree and did not specify a particular field of study. Subsequently, from 1984 to 1985, Carol attended the College of Lake County, where they achieved a degree as a Nationally Certified Dental Assistant, specializing in Dental Assisting and Practice Management.
