Mha Kowana Plummer

Kowana Plummer has a background in healthcare operations and management. They have worked for multiple companies in various leadership roles. From 2014 to present, Plummer held positions at DaVita Kidney Care, starting as a Facility Administrator and later transitioning to the role of Healthcare Operations Manager. In 2022, Plummer joined Acadia Healthcare as the Director of Admissions. In 2023, they moved on to become the Director of Operations at Sage Health.

Kowana Plummer, MHA, holds a Master's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management, which they pursued from 2019 to 2022 at Capella University. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Professional Studies in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Arkansas Tech University between 2012 and 2015. Kowana also obtained an Associate's degree in General Technology Applied Science from the University of Arkansas at Monticello, which they pursued from 2005 to 2007.

Additionally, Kowana Plummer has obtained certifications in Foundations of Project Management from Coursera, which they acquired in July 2022, and CPR & AED from the American Heart Association, which they achieved in March 2022.
