Michael Davidson

Michael Davidson has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Michael is currently serving as the Chief Medical Officer at Sage Health since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Regional Medical Director at WellMed Medical Management from May 2019 to May 2022. Michael also held the position of Senior Medical Director at Aetna from October 2018 to May 2019. Before that, they served as the Chief Medical Officer at Memorial Hermann Health System's Physician Network from December 2012 to October 2018. Michael has also held various leadership roles at Cigna, St. Joseph Medical Center, and Universal American. Additionally, they ran their private practice as the President of Michael Davidson, MD from 2000 to 2010.

Michael Davidson completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Science from Texas A&M University, College, from 1989 to 1993. Michael then pursued a residency in St. Joseph Family Medicine from 1997 to 2000, where they earned their Doctorate in Medicine.
