Yvette Quillopo, SHRM-CP

Yvette Quillopo, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. From 2009 to 2014, they worked at Target as a Human Resources employee, using an integrated human resources database system, conducting new hire orientations, and performing web maintenance. From 2014 to 2016, they worked at Borrego Health Foundation as a Human Resources Coordinator, responsible for benefit coordination, new hire orientations, and monitoring new processes/policies. From 2016 to 2019, Yvette worked at Pala Casino Spa and Resort as a Benefits Manager and Team Member Relations Assistant Manager, assisting all Team Members in regard to work related questions and concerns, advising department managers of policy/procedures and union contract interpretation, and reviewing discipline for accuracy, consistency and timeliness. Finally, since 2019, Yvette has been working at Sage Oak Charter Schools as a Senior Employer Relations Manager and Senior Human Resources Manager.

Yvette Quillopo, SHRM-CP, obtained their SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM in May 2019. Yvette obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Colorado State University Global between 2014 and 2016. Yvette also attended Palomar College between 2011 and 2014, studying Business Administration and Management, General. Yvette is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Business Administration and Management, General from Western Governors University, which they expect to complete in 2022.
