Ian Hess

Ian Hess is an IT Systems Specialist currently employed at Ronco since March 2023, following the acquisition of Sage Technology Solutions, where Ian held the same title from April 2022. Prior experience includes a role as a Customer Service Representative at GIANT Food Stores, LLC from June 2018 to February 2023, and a summer internship in Technology Services at Lancaster-Lebanon IU13 in June 2021. Ian completed a High School Diploma at Elizabethtown Area High School from 2006 to 2020 and pursued further education at Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology from August 2020 to December 2021.
