Chad Richards, CPTM, has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Most recently, they worked at Sage Therapeutics as a Manager, Quality Systems Training since September 2021. Prior to that, they were with Thermo Fisher Scientific as an LMS Administrator from July to September 2021. From November 2019 to July 2021, Chad served as a Training Developer at Johnson & Johnson. Chad also gained experience at Odonate Therapeutics™ as an Associate Manager, Learning & Development from May 2020 to March 2021. Before that, they worked at Tata Consultancy Services as a Learning Technology Developer from March to October 2019. In 2018, Chad briefly worked at WVU Medicine as a System Analyst. Additionally, they had a significant tenure at Mylan, where they held multiple positions including Senior Learning & Development Technical Training Specialist from April 2013 to April 2018, Quality Training Specialist from February 2011 to April 2013, Compressing Training Specialist from November 2007 to February 2011, and Senior Tablet Press Operator/Operator/Packer from August 1999 to November 2007. With their extensive background in training and development, Chad brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their current role.

Chad Richards, CPTM, holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communications from West Virginia University. In addition to their degree, they have obtained the Certified Professional in Training Management (CPTM) certification from Training Industry, Inc. in May 2022.
