Paul Dowthwaite is an accomplished sales leader with extensive experience in the HR technology sector. Currently serving as the Head of Sales at Sage People since March 2011, Paul oversees sales strategies for a global cloud HRMS provider known for its integrated solutions on the Salesforce platform, catering to over 400 companies worldwide. Prior to this role, Paul held the position of Sales & Marketing Director at HR Access Solutions, where efforts focused on brand development and online lead generation. With a background in both sales and marketing as a Company Director at ASR Computers Ltd, Paul contributed to strategic planning and team development for growth. Paul holds a B.ED (Hons) in Education from the University of Worcester.
