Kyle Morabito

Kyle Morabito is an accomplished legal and business professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, currently serving as Founder & CEO of Inventive Partners since January 2024 and as Chief Legal Officer and Managing Director at Sagemont Tax since August 2022. Previous roles include Mergers and Acquisitions Attorney at DLA Piper and McDermott Will & Emery LLP, and Transactions Attorney at Bilzin Sumberg. Kyle's foundational education includes a Doctor of Law from New York University, a Master's in Finance from the University of Florida, and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Finance from the same institution. Kyle began a career in finance as an Investment Banker at Merrill Lynch prior to transitioning to law.
