Ryan Thomas

Ryan Thomas has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Ryan began their career as an Independent Contractor/Programmer at UNICOM Engineering (formerly NEI) in 2012, where they redesigned and automated machine-building tools, increasing sales throughput. Ryan then worked at Home Depot as a Delivery Dept. Supervisor, overseeing delivery operations and ensuring customer satisfaction.

In 2016, Ryan joined Bridgewater State University as a Student Security Officer, where they provided customer service and acted as the first point of contact for visitors and parents. Ryan later worked at the Guggenheim Museum as a Security Guard, demonstrating strong attention to detail and responsibility in securing art and developing customer service skills.

As a Freelance Software Engineer at Ryan Thomas Tech, they developed browser automation tools and revamped internal sales tools, improving overall efficiency. At UNICOM Engineering, they served as an Electronic Technician and championed the adoption of modern version control methodologies, resulting in significant time reductions and improved onboarding of new products.

Currently, Ryan is working as an Application Developer at Sager Electronics, where they utilize their skills to develop applications.

Ryan Thomas attended the University of Massachusetts Amherst from 2011 to 2015, where they studied Electrical and Electronics Engineering. From 2016 to 2018, they then pursued Computer Science at Bridgewater State University.
