Ashish Nagar has extensive work experience in the operations and management field. Ashish started their career in 1990 as a Duty Manager at Indian Hotels Company, Taj Group of Hotels. Ashish then worked as an Assistant Manager - CRC at Sterling Holiday Resorts before joining ESSAR Cellphones, UP East as a Deputy Manager Customer Care. In 1998, Ashish joined GE Capital International Services as a Manager. Ashish then worked at Mphasis as a Vice President before joining Vertex India (Vertex Data Science, UK) as a Vice President - Operations. Ashish continued their career at Intelenet Global Services Pvt Ltd as a VP - Operations and later at Equifax Credit Information Services Pvt Ltd as a Director - Operations. Most recently, they served as the Senior Vice President Operations at Sagility and is currently the Vice President & Head of BFSI Delivery at Mphasis.

Ashish Nagar completed a Diploma in Hotel Management Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition from IHM, Kolkata, India, from 1987 to 1990. Later, from 1998 to 2000, Ashish obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies.
