Chris Efken

Chris Efken has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Chris first worked at Saint Viator High School as a Trustee from 2008 to 2014. Chris then joined Doyle Research Associates as a Senior Research Strategist from 1999 to 2016. In 1993, Chris became an Instructor at Columbia College Chicago, where they remained until 2018. In 2017, they transitioned to Hall & Partners, where they served as a Research Director until 2019. Finally, they currently hold the position of Vice President, Research Strategy at Sago since January 2019.

Chris Efken completed a Certification in Design Thinking from the MIT Sloan School of Management in 2021. Prior to that, Chris obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communication from Marquette University. Additionally, Chris obtained additional certifications in Design Thinking, namely the Design Thinking Certification from MIT Sloan School of Management in October 2021 and the Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner certification from IBM in September 2021.
