Sheena Bacon

Sheena Bacon has extensive experience in the qualitative market research industry. Sheena is currently the Vice President of North America Qualitative Operations at Sago, a position they have held since May 2021. Before joining Sago, Sheena worked as the Vice President of Operations at Schlesinger Group from April 2020 to October 2021. Prior to that, they held various roles at 20|20 Research, including Vice President of Operations from September 2016 to April 2020, Director of Project Management from August 2011 to September 2016, and Project Manager/Senior Project Manager from March 2008 to August 2011. Their expertise lies in simplifying the connection between researchers and consumers and providing optimized solutions for qualitative market research.

Sheena Bacon pursued their undergraduate studies from the year 2000 to 2004 at The University of the South. During this period, they obtained both a Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Arts degree. Their fields of study encompassed Psychology and Music/Violin Performance. Additionally, in October 2016, Sheena obtained a Professional Researcher Certification from the Marketing Research Association.
