Neerju Rajlawat

Neerju Rajlawat has over 6 years of work experience in the Human Resources field. Neerju began their career as an Intern in HRD at Prabhu Bank Limited in 2014. In 2015, they moved to Margon Research and Consultancy as an HR Officer where they were responsible for coordinating recruitments, developing job descriptions, preparing job announcements and advertisements, screening candidates and notifying applicants on the status of interviews. In 2017, they joined MC Group of Companies as a Junior HR Manager, where they handled routine tasks related to Human Resources, maintained personal records of employees, leave and attendance records, prepared salary charts from the software every month, and handled employee grievances. In 2018, they worked as an Assistant Manager- Human Resources at Casino Palace, at Hotel Del Annapurn. Finally, in 2019, they moved to Codewing Solutions as a Human Resources Manager and currently works at Sagoon as an HR Manager since 2021.

Neerju Rajlawat obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Human Resources from Pokhara University, Apex College between 2013 and 2015.
