Mike Shepardson

Mike Shepardson, CFA, is a seasoned professional in investor relations and business development, currently working at Saguaro Capital Management since February 2024, collaborating with a team of experienced Vulcan Value Partners alumni. Previously, Mike served as a Relationship Manager at Polen Capital Management from August 2017 to February 2024, where relationships were built across the Central US in the intermediary channel. Mike's experience also includes a role as a Relationship Associate at Polen, focusing on institutional client relationships within the Midwest and East Coast, and an early career in client services and marketing at DePrince, Race & Zollo, Inc. Mike started a University Tees branch while at Notre Dame, and co-founded a successful lacrosse camp, demonstrating entrepreneurial skills and leadership. Mike holds a BA in Psychology with a minor in Business Economics from the University of Notre Dame and is a CFA charterholder.
