Julia Hastings is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive experience in operations and guest experience management. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Saguaro Lake Guest Ranch since April 2022, Julia has previously held pivotal roles including Director of Guest Experience & Programs and Director of Guest Experience at CIVANA Wellness Resort & Spa, along with various management positions at Arizona Biltmore - A Waldorf Astoria Resort and other renowned establishments. Julia's diverse background spans roles such as General Manager at Tombstone RV & Horse Park and Ranch Manager at Apache Spirit Ranch. An accomplished academic, Julia holds three Master of Arts degrees from the University of Regensburg in English Language and Literature, Cultural Studies, and Arts, Entertainment, and Media Management, complemented by a White Belt Certification from the Six Sigma Management Institute.
