Gary Manns has extensive experience in project management and construction, having worked at SAI Consulting Engineers, Inc. since August 1986 in project inspection. Previously, Gary Manns held the role of Construction Manager at Zavala Inc. from 2000 to 2007, where responsibilities included project management and estimation for heavy highway electrical projects, such as lighting, traffic signals, and overhead signage.
