Swanand Palasule

Swanand Palasule has a well-rounded work experience in various industries. Swanand started as an AIO at Hindustan Unilever Ltd in 1999 and worked there until 2007. Swanand then moved on to Dr. Reddy's Laboratories as a Project Manager for a year. In 2008, they joined Chemaf S.P.R.L as a Manager and stayed there until 2010. Swanand then worked at Ecologic Technologies Pvt. Ltd as an Architect for project management from 2010 to 2012, and later transitioned to the role of a Manufacturing Architect until 2013. From 2013 to 2022, they served as the Head of Program Management at Biocon. Currently, they hold the position of Associate Vice President- Business Development and Pre-Sales at Sai Life Sciences Ltd, which they started in 2022.

Swanand Palasule obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Chemical Engineering from PVPIT in 1997. Swanand then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Pharmaceutic Management from Ahmedabad University and UC, San Diego, from 2019 to 2021. Additionally, they earned a certification as a TPM Instructor from JIPM, Japan, in 2004.
