Rachel McCoy

Rachel McCoy, SPHR, currently serves as the HR Director for West Division Field Operations at Saia Inc. since September 2023. Prior to this role, Rachel held the position of Director of US HR Operations at People2.0, the largest global employer of record and agent of record services platform, from November 2022 to September 2023. Experience also includes serving as HRVP at Zappos Family of Companies, HR Manager at T-Mobile, District HR Manager at The Home Depot, HR Manager at OfficeMax, and participating in a Business Leadership Program at The Home Depot. Rachel McCoy holds a Bachelor's degree in Speech Communication and Rhetoric from The University of Georgia and a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Purdue Global.
