Mark Harper

Mark Harper is an accomplished Systems Engineer and Operations Integration expert with extensive experience in managing technology initiatives and teams within both government and private sectors. Currently serving as a Systems Engineer Sr Principal at SAIC, Mark has previously held roles in operations transition and system integration across several organizations, including Engility Corporation and the Colorado Governor's Office of Information Technology. Mark has demonstrated a strong commitment to improving IT business practices through leadership and the adoption of Agile methodologies, resulting in significant enhancements in productivity and efficiency. An alumnus of the University of Maryland Global Campus with a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems Management, Mark also holds multiple master certificates in IT Project Management and Business Analysis from Villanova University, along with an MBA from Webster University.
