Jane Philips has extensive experience in the field of information technology and management, currently serving as Vice President at Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) since 1990, where a new division in electronic records management was created under their leadership. Previous roles include Deputy Chairman of the Maryland Information Technology Board from 2004 to 2006 and Senior Director at BDM International, where Jane established the first Document Management group. Additionally, Jane Philips was involved in steering committees for major technical conferences with the Computer Aided Logistics Systems (CALS) and the Association of Computing Machinery (ACM). Early career experiences include a programmer role at Raytheon. Jane Philips earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Texas A&M University, completing the degree in 1976.
