In 2017, they became Resources Manager at NEA Consulting Inc. where they managed a team of 5+ IT Resourcers and 3 sales executives. In 2018, they were appointed as Senior Recruitment Manager at TekAck Consulting LLC. In 2021, they began working as Director Of Business Development for William Delaney Consulting Pipeline and as Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant for Saicon.

Prahlad Gupta completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electronics and Instrumentation from DIT University between 2007 and 2011.
