Catherine McDougall

Catherine McDougall is an experienced educator currently serving as an EAL Specialist at Saigon South International School since August 2022, where a focus on supporting diverse learners in language acquisition is emphasized. Prior to this role, Catherine worked as an ELL Teacher with Loudoun County Public Schools from August 2016 to June 2022, and as a Social Studies Teacher in Winchester Public Schools from August 2008 to June 2016.
