Rajesh Ramaswamy

Rajesh Ramaswamy is an experienced leader in the fields of machine learning and artificial intelligence, currently serving as Senior Vice President and Head of Machine Learning and AI Strategy at Sail Biomedicines since August 2023. Prior to this role, Rajesh was the inaugural VP and Head of AI and Data Science at Flagship Pioneering Labs AI Stealth Venture, where a cutting-edge generative AI platform was developed, leading to the establishment of Sail Biomedicines. Rajesh's earlier career includes positions such as the inaugural Head of Data Driven Innovation at EMD Serono, as well as research fellowships at the Max Planck Institute for the Physics of Complex Systems. Rajesh holds a Ph.D. in Computational Science from ETH Zurich, an M.Sc. in Neural and Behavioral Sciences from the Max Planck Research School, and a B.Eng. in Electronics and Communication from the University of Madras.
