Brian Wode

Brian Wode serves as the Vice President of Total Rewards at SailPoint since November 2015, where the focus is on compensation, benefits, and HRIS initiatives. Prior to this role, Brian was the Director of Global Compensation & Benefits at RetailMeNot, Inc. for nearly a year, overseeing a team dedicated to total rewards strategy. Brian's extensive experience at AMD spanned almost 15 years, including positions such as Vice President of HR Business Partner, where responsibility included talent management initiatives for various global organizations, and as Director of Executive and Equity Compensation, directing a significant investment in rewards programs. Early career experiences include HR management for the George W. Bush presidential campaign and various HR roles at Omni Hotels. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Employment Relations from Michigan State University.
