Suhail Malhotra

Suhail Malhotra is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy and venture capital. Currently serving as Senior Director of Strategy at SailPoint since 2020, Malhotra leads a team of ten across global initiatives in business development, new ventures, competitive strategy, and business value. Prior experience includes an operating rotation as a consultant where Malhotra held leadership roles in M&A diligence, strategic partnerships, and incubation at various firms. In venture capital, Malhotra was a Senior Associate at S3 Ventures, managing significant investments in enterprise software and healthcare. Earlier, Malhotra worked as an Associate at Booz & Company, advising clients on growth strategies, and as a Fuel Cell Engineer at Contained Energy, developing technology for the Department of Defense. Malhotra holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering and Economics from Case Western Reserve University.
