Drew Richards

Drew Richards is an experienced accounting professional with a diverse background in financial management and supervision. Currently serving as Accounting Lead for both The SAILS Group and Patterns Behavioral Services, Inc. since June 2019, Drew has extensive expertise in all aspects of accounting, overseeing accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, tax matters, and audits, while coordinating teams of accountants and clerks. Additionally, Drew is the owner of Crown Estates, focusing on real estate investing. Previous roles include Staff Accountant at JND Legal Administration, Bookkeeper & Project Accountant at Vis a Vis, and Site Supervisor at the YMCA of Greater Seattle, demonstrating strong leadership and financial skills across various sectors. Drew holds a Bachelor's degree in Education from San Diego State University and an Associate's degree in Accounting from Edmonds College, complemented by an MBA in Accounting from Southern New Hampshire University.
