Harps Dhami is an experienced finance professional with a robust background in finance transformation and management across various leading organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Finance Transformation at Sainsbury's since March 2021, Harps is focused on creating a transformation playbook and has successfully implemented a new chart of accounts and reporting tool. Previously, Harps held multiple roles at Selfridges, including Finance Business Lead for Investment, where financial and commercial analysis supported significant store developments. Harps also led the Oracle EBS implementation and managed the finance processes as Senior Finance Manager. Career history includes roles at Diesel UK, Sainsbury's, Gap Inc., and Nestle Purina, showcasing expertise in financial analysis, reporting, and project management. Harps holds a BA Honours in Accountancy & Finance from Leeds Beckett University and is CIMA qualified.
