Chrl Sonia Kapila

Sonia Kapila, CHRL has a diverse range of HR experience spanning over two decades. Sonia is currently working at Saint Elizabeth Health Care as the Senior Director of HR Transformation Initiatives. Prior to this role, they held the position of Director of Human Resources and Labour Relations at the same company from 2018 to 2022.

Sonia's early career included a role as a Payroll & Benefits Coordinator at Husky Injection Molding Systems, where they were responsible for payroll and benefits processing services for both the US and Canada, as well as administering various employee programs.

With their extensive experience and CHRL accreditation, Sonia brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their current role, driving HR transformation initiatives at Saint Elizabeth Health Care.

Sonia Kapila, CHRL obtained their CHRP & CHRL Certifications from the Human Resources Professional Association in 2010. Prior to that, they completed their studies as a Human Resources Management Specialist at Sheridan College. Sonia earned an Honours Bachelor of Science in Human Toxicology from the University of Toronto.
