Sonia Kapila, CHRL has a diverse range of HR experience spanning over two decades. Sonia is currently working at Saint Elizabeth Health Care as the Senior Director of HR Transformation Initiatives. With their extensive experience and CHRL accreditation, Sonia brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their current role, driving HR transformation initiatives at Saint Elizabeth Health Care.
Sonia Kapila, CHRL obtained their CHRP & CHRL Certifications from the Human Resources Professional Association in 2010. Prior to that, they completed their studies as a Human Resources Management Specialist at Sheridan College. Sonia earned an Honours Bachelor of Science in Human Toxicology from the University of Toronto.
