Jackie Hicks

Jackie Hicks, MS, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, STA is currently working as the System Director - Talent Acquisition at Saint Francis Health System since July 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Human Resources at Oklahoma Surgical Hospital, LLC from May 2016 to June 2021. With Saint Francis Health System, they served as the Senior Human Resources Representative from March 2002 to May 2016. Before that, they were the Program/Recruitment Coordinator at Wyckoff Heights Medical Center from February 1991 to September 2001.

Jackie Hicks, MS, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, STA holds a Master of Science degree in Strategic Leadership from Oklahoma Wesleyan University and a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus. Jackie obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in August 2006 and the Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM in August 2015. Additionally, they obtained the Strategic Talent Acquisition (STA) certification from the Human Capital Institute in July 2023.
