Jill Almond

Jill Almond is an experienced professional in organizational development and management, currently serving as the Organizational Development Manager at Saint Francis Health System since 2017. Additionally, Jill holds a position as an Advanced Certified Associate and Certified Trainer with Emergenetics International since November 2014. Previous roles include Manager of Customer Service and Quality Improvement and Organizational Development & Wellness Manager at Tulsa Health Department, along with leadership positions at YMCA NSW, including Executive Director of Thornton Family YMCA. Jill has an academic background with a Master of Arts in Organizational Dynamics and a Project Management Certificate from the University of Oklahoma, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Music from Oklahoma State University.
