Poorya Fazel

Poorya Fazel, MD, FACC, FSCAI, serves as the System Medical Director of Interventional Cardiology and an Interventional Cardiologist at Saint Francis Health System since July 2014. Previously, Poorya Fazel completed an Interventional Cardiology Fellowship and a Cardiology Fellowship at Baylor University Medical Center from July 2010 to June 2014. Prior to that, Poorya Fazel undertook an Internal Medicine Residency at Baylor University Medical Center from July 2006 to June 2009. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Oklahoma (2002-2006) and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Oklahoma State University (1997-2002).
