Mecca Gordon

Mecca Gordon is currently a Pharmacy Intern at Saint Francis Hospital - Bartlett since May 2021 and has held a concurrent role as a Pharmacy Intern at Kroger since March 2018. Previously, Mecca served as a Certified Pharmacy Technician, gaining experience in medication organization and patient interaction. A stint as a Global Patient Safety Intern at Gilead Sciences occurred in mid-2022, while a volunteer position as a Pharmacy Technician at Mission Lexington Faith Pharmacy included implementing quality assurance programs. Mecca also worked as a Peer Instructor at the University of Kentucky and was a Student Coordinator for the Mici Ahec Pharmacy Camp at Butler University. Currently enrolled at The University of Tennessee Health Science Center, Mecca is pursuing a Doctor of Pharmacy degree, building on an educational foundation from the University of Kentucky.
