Cameron Murphy has had extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Cameron is currently serving as the Chief Nursing Officer at Saint Francis Hospital in Memphis starting from December 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Tenet Healthcare as the National Director of Clinical Operations for Critical Care/Acute Care from December 2018 to December 2021. Cameron also served as the Interim Chief Nursing Officer at Carondelet Health Network from July 2021 to October 2021. Earlier in their career, they held various roles at St. Dominic Hospital, including Director of Nursing from January 2015 to December 2018, Nurse Manager from September 2009 to January 2015, and Neuro Intensive Care Nurse from June 2002 to September 2009. Cameron Murphy has a Master of Science (MS) degree in Nursing Administration from The University of Texas at Arlington, which was earned from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from the University of Mississippi Medical Center, which was completed from 2014 to 2015. Cameron also has an Associate's Degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Hinds Community College, attained from 2000 to 2002. Their education journey began with Pre-Nursing Studies at Mississippi State University from 1998 to 2000.
