Diego Munoz has work experience in various roles and companies. Diego started their career as an IT Specialist at Technology Rentals of America from September 2010 to September 2013. During this time, they were responsible for networking, AV and IT setup on time-sensitive situations, and assisted customers with technology-related issues. In 2014, they joined Saint-Gobain Performance Plastics as a Customer Care Specialist II. Diego performed daily orders, assisted customers with custom specific needs, and organized orders for maximum output. Diego worked in this role until August 2019. In January 2018, Diego Munoz also had an IT internship at Saint-Gobain Performance Plastics, which lasted until April 2018. Recently, in August 2019, they joined Saint-Gobain North America as a User & Site Support Lead, level 2.

Diego Munoz completed their Bachelor's Degree in Informatics from the College of Emergency Preparedness, Homeland Security, and Cybersecurity in 2018. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Hudson Valley Community College in 2012. Their high school education was completed at Hoosick Falls Junior/Senior High School. In addition to their degrees, Diego has obtained several certifications including Project Management essentials from Effective Training Associates, Inc. and the Google Cybersecurity Professional Certificate and Google IT Support Professional Certificate from Coursera, all of which were obtained in 2023.
