Jennifer Perry

Jennifer Perry, SHRM-SCP, has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Jennifer currently works at Saint-Gobain North America as the Human Resources Director with a focus on mobility in the USA. Prior to this, they held multiple roles at Saint-Gobain Performance Plastics, including Training & Development Manager for Life Sciences and HR Manager in Beaverton, MI. Jennifer also worked as an HR Manager at the same company. Jennifer's earlier experience includes positions at Volkswagen Group of America, where they served as a Senior Human Resources Consultant, Senior Manager of HRIS and Payroll, HRIS Manager, Performance Management, Compensation and HRIS Consultant, Compensation and HRIS Analyst, HRIS Coordinator, and Vehicle Administrator. Jennifer began their career as an HR Coordinator at Viacom Outdoor Advertising.

Jennifer Perry, SHRM-SCP, holds an MBA in Human Resources from Oakland University, which they completed from 2003 to 2006. Jennifer also possesses a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology with a focus on Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Arizona State University, earned between 1998 and 2000. Prior to that, they attended Dordt University from 1996 to 1998, where they studied Psychology. Jennifer obtained their high school education from Unity Christian High School in Orange City, Iowa, where they graduated in 1996. Additionally, they have obtained certifications including Green Belt Certification (GB) in WCM People Development Pillar from EFESO in 2017 and a Senior Professional Human Resources certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
