Becca Lawrukovich

Becca Lawrukovich, SHRM-CP, has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Becca currently serves as the Corporate Human Resources Manager at Boutique Hotel Professionals, a position they began in 2021. Prior to this, Becca held various roles at Saint John's Resort, including Director of Human Resources from 2015 to present, Human Resources Manager from 2016 to 2020, and Guest Service Associate from 2015 to 2016. Becca began their career at Darden in 2013 as a Server, where they worked until 2015.

Becca Lawrukovich, SHRM-CP, earned a Bachelor's Degree in Biology and Psychology from Central Michigan University in 2015. Becca then pursued a Master of Science in Human Resources and Organizational Development (MSHROD) at Eastern Michigan University, from 2022 to 2023. In 2019, they obtained their SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM. Additionally, they hold a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education, obtained in 2021.
