Tony Shimkin

Tony Shimkin is a Senior Addiction Counselor and Certified Recovery Peer Advocate (CRPA) at Saint Joseph's Medical Center/St. Vincent's Hospital Westchester Division. Tony also works as a RELAY Wellness Advocate at the New York City Department of Health & Mental. In addition, Tony is the Senior Director of the Sync License Division at Noble One Stop Licensing, and the President of Noble Music Inc. Tony has a background in music production and composition, having worked with various artists such as Madonna, Mariah Carey, and Prince. Tony has also held positions at companies such as Verse Music Publishing, Face The Music, and EMI Music. Tony holds a Bachelor's degree in Music Business and Technology from New York University and is certified in Substance Abuse/Addiction Counseling.
