Cecile Hernandez

Cecile Hernandez has extensive experience in production and maintenance management, currently serving as the Production and Maintenance Manager at Saint Louis Sucre since November 2006, after previously holding the position of Production Engineer. Prior roles include Production Team Leader at Lactalis from February 2003 to April 2005 and an internship as a Process Engineer at Fromageries BEL in 2002. Cecile's academic background includes a Master of Science degree from the Institut national agronomique Paris-Grignon and AgroParisTech, alongside classes préparatoires in biology from Lycee Saint Louis. Early education was completed at Louis le Grand from 1994 to 1997.
