Nikerra Coleman

Nikerra Coleman is a dedicated professional with significant experience in behavioral health, mentorship, and community engagement. Currently serving as a Behavioral Health Technician at Saint Luke's Health System - Crittenton Children's Center, Nikerra implements treatment plans and monitors patient progress. Previous roles include mentorship of first-generation students as a Resident Assistant at Avila University's Upward Bound program, and various leadership positions at Graceland University, including House President and Cooperator for the Black Student Union, where Nikerra promoted cultural awareness and political engagement among students. Nikerra has also been involved in community development through participation in Enactus and has experience in customer service, having worked as a Store Cashier at Burlington Stores and Jason's Deli. Nikerra is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology at the University of Missouri-Kansas City after earning a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Graceland University.
