Jeff Chen is an experienced anesthesiologist with a diverse background in both outpatient orthopedic surgery and hospital settings. Since March 2014, Jeff has served as a staff anesthesiologist at ROC Anesthesia, while concurrently holding a staff anesthesiologist position at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs since January 2020.
