Lisa Grande has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving in a talent acquisition role at Saint Mary's Health Network since December 2019. Prior to this position, Lisa held the title of Director of Corporate Human Resources at Eldorado Resorts, Inc., where initiatives such as Compensation Administration Guidelines and a Pay-for-Performance program were developed during a period of significant growth. At Boyd Gaming Corp, Lisa served as Director of Corporate Human Resources, leading a team for a large, diverse gaming and entertainment company. Responsibilities included strategic partnerships, compensation administration, compliance with employment laws, and support for new business unit openings. Educational credentials include a B.S. in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and studies at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
