Rev. Dr. Donnie Smith

Rev. Dr. Donnie Smith has extensive experience in ministry and community service, currently serving as Associate Minister at Saint Paul's Baptist Church since 2009. Additionally, Rev. Dr. Smith has been self-employed as a Minister since 2008 and previously worked as a Certified Community Resources Specialist with United Way of Greater Richmond & Petersburg from 2007 to 2013, providing assistance with health and human resources. Prior to these roles, Rev. Dr. Smith garnered experience as an Account Manager at Palmer & Cay of Virginia, LLC, managing customer insurance accounts. Academic qualifications include a Doctor of Ministry and a Doctor of Arts in Divinity/Ministry from Rawlings School of Divinity at Liberty University, as well as a Master of Divinity and a Master of Arts in Christian Education from Samuel DeWitt Proctor School of Theology at Virginia Union University.
