Rick Erisman PCC, CPLC has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. In 1999, they started their career as a Youth Worker at the Community of Christ the Redeemer. From 2002 to 2016, they worked at the Ramsey County Corrections Department as an Assistant Probation & Probation Officer, focusing on assisting young men in a treatment setting and utilizing skills such as Motivational Interviewing and Crisis Intervention. In 2015, they became a Catholic Leadership & Life Coach at Redivive Coaching and obtained ICF approved Catholic Coach Training. Rick continued their coaching journey in 2021 at Catholiccoachtraining.com, where they took the next step as a Catholic leader by completing the 8 Week ICF approved Introduction to Coaching Course. Additionally, in 2016, they worked as a Program Manager at The Labouré Society, contributing to building the Church by supporting aspirants in their vocations. Rick also served as an Aspirant Care Specialist, providing bridge services for individuals seeking to enter religious life. From 2017 to 2020, Rick served as a Mastermind Group Facilitator at the Catholic Campus Ministry Association. In 2022, they joined Saint Paul's Outreach as the Director of Operations in Texas, and they also became a Board Member and Leadership Consultant at The Francis Institute. Throughout their career, Rick has gained expertise in coaching, leadership consulting, program management, and facilitating groups.
Rick Erisman PCC, CPLC obtained a Bachelor of Family Social Science degree from the University of Minnesota, where they studied Family Social Science from 2000 to 2002. In October 2020, they earned the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) certification from the International Coaching Federation.
