Kolby Rush

Kolby Rush has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries. Kolby began their career at American Butcher Brand, where they worked as an employee for their father. During this time, they gained valuable experience and was compensated with pizza slices instead of pay. In 2019, they had an internship at Primerica, where they learned about the insurance industry and the importance of financial advisors. However, they felt the need for something more fulfilling in their career. Kolby then attended Penn State Smeal College of Business, where they pursued their passion for leaving a positive impact on society. After graduation, they co-founded Saint Rocco's Treats with their brother, utilizing their skills in dog treat craftsmanship. Most recently, they worked as an Associate Consultant at Chess Consulting LLC, a top-tier consulting firm, where they learned about the power of relationships, company culture, and workforce management. Kolby's work experience demonstrates their versatility and dedication to personal and professional growth.

Kolby Rush earned a Bachelor's degree in Finance and acquired a minor in Economics from Penn State University between 2017 and 2021. Additionally, in 2018, Kolby participated in a study abroad program at Pforzheim University, where they focused on Business and Economics. They also obtained the Smeal Honor Code certification from Penn State University in January 2018.
