Bertrand Jabouley currently serves as President of the Union des Comités d’intérêt locaux de la Metropole de Lyon since September 2020. With a long-standing career in education, Bertrand Jabouley has been a Professor of Socio-Economics and History at Institution Notre Dame des Minimes since July 2010, and a Professor of Economic and Social Sciences at Sainte-Marie Lyon since September 1990. Bertrand Jabouley has also held the position of First Deputy Mayor of Lyon 5eme from March 2008 to July 2020, focusing on urban infrastructure, urban mobility, participatory democracy, and finance. Additionally, Bertrand Jabouley was President of the COMITE D'INTERET LOCAL SUD PRESQU'ILE from 1997 to 2006. Educational accomplishments include a Maîtrise in AES from Université Jean Moulin (Lyon III) and a Baccalauréat B from the Centre Saint Marc Sacré Coeur.
