Brian Douglas is an experienced operations manager and business professional with a diverse background in call center management, customer service, and consultancy. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Saiontz & Kirk, p.a. since May 2012, Brian oversees call center operations, IT, and facilities. Additionally, as General Manager of StaffmySite since December 2010, Brian focuses on enhancing customer relations and increasing conversions through a dedicated US-based sales team. Brian also owns Douglas Call Centre Consultants, providing consultancy and project management services.
