Samantha Caruso is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in financial control and management within the engineering and oil industries. Currently serving as Manager at Saipem's Direzione Controlling E&C Offshore & Drilling Fleet Analytic Control since July 2023, Samantha previously held the position of Senior Financial Control Lead at Energean from April 2022 to October 2023. With a solid background at Saipem spanning nearly a decade, roles included Asset, Investment Economics and Financial Control Manager, and various leadership positions in management control and analytical accounting. Samantha's educational credentials include a Master's degree in HR Specialization from 24ORE Business School and Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Business Administration from Università degli Studi 'Gabriele d'Annunzio'​ di Chieti, along with a High School diploma in Accounting and Banking techniques.
