Mikael Mareschal

Mikael Mareschal is an experienced supply chain and lean management professional with a robust background in various industries. Currently serving as Responsable projets Supply Chain and Responsable supply chain usine at Saipol - groupe Avril since March 2019, Mikael previously held roles such as CI manager, Black belt Lean Six Sigma at Avril and Lean management consultant at Schneider Electric Consulting, where a focus on process improvement, coaching, and training was emphasized. Prior experience includes business lean consultancy at Assystem, development and production management at Groupe Tetra Pak, and production supervision at Valeo vision Vignal System. Mikael holds a mechanical engineering degree from ITII Lyon and additional certifications in coaching and Six Sigma methodologies.
