Shane Dearing has a long and varied work experience. Shane was the Chief Executive Officer of SAIVA, Inc. from 2022, the Principal of Seneca Strategies Group, Inc. from 2019, the Executive Vice President of Real Time Medical Systems from 2019, Vice President of Sales and LTPAC National Accounts, Regional Vice President of Business Development and Health System and LTPAC Partnerships, and Account Manager of LTPAC Sales at Medline Industries, Inc. from 2012, the Principal of Polity Consulting, LLC from 2008, the Project Manager of the State of Indiana from 2009, and a member of the Government Relations Team of Barnes & Thornburg LLP from 2007.

Shane Dearing attended the University of Southern Indiana, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Government. Shane then went on to pursue a degree in law at the University of Dayton School of Law.
