D. Alex Vaughn, MBA has a wealth of experience in the real estate and property management industries. In 2021, they founded Saivy and currently serves as its Founder & CEO. From 2011 to 2021, they worked at Vylla as a Foreclosure Assest Management & Licensed Real Estate Broker, where they were an award-winning Carrington National Champion Circle Award Winner in 2013 & 2015. In 2022, they began teaching as an Adjunct Professor of Residential Property Management at the Huizenga College of Business at Nova Southeastern University. From 2009 to 2011, they were a District Property Manager at Carrington Holding Company, LLC, where they managed REO properties, developed relationships with agents and vendors, and reviewed the performance of agents, property managers and construction vendors. From 2006 to 2009, they were Managing Partner at ECROUP Property & Investments LLC, and from 2009 to 2011 they were a Realtor Sales Associate - Michigan at Johnson Realty Group LLC. From 2005 to 2006, they were a Real Estate Manager at Strather & Associates Realty Inc, and from 2002 to 2005 they were a Specialty Sales Representative at Eisai Pharmaceuticals.

D. Alex Vaughn, MBA, obtained a BS in Biology from Tuskegee University between 1999 and 2002. D. Alex then went on to pursue an MBA in Marketing from Florida International University - College of Business, which they completed between 2011 and 2013.
